     1   Q: Who benefits most from face exercises? Is CFF a program that works well for both men and women?

          A: Face exercises are for all of us who are seeing the signs of our age creeping in. Carolyn's Facial Fitness is
          not only corrective, it's also preventive, so the earlier you start facial exercises, the less chance you have of ever
          developing the lines and "sagginess" of age. However, it's never too late to start. Even if you have developed deep
          lines and wrinkles already, you can still get rid of them with face and neck exercises. It may take a little longer,
          but you will be successful, eventually. And, yes, CFF is a program that works well for both men and women!

     2   Q: What if I've had plastic surgery?


          A: If you have already had cosmetic surgery and see a need for a new operation, face exercises are also for you.
          The frozen and brittle look too many surgeries can give is not necessary. You can keep what you got from the last
          operation through exercising the face from now on. CFF is a non-surgical facelift that works!

     3   Q: Can face exercises cause wrinkles?


          A: NO! The "old fashioned" idea that touching the face can cause wrinkles is absolutely false! Everybody knows
          that through exercising in a gym you can firm up the body and skin. Naturally, the same is true about the neck
          and facial muscles. Muscle resistance training enlarges the muscle, creating lift and a firmer, more youthful-looking
          face. You're actually building muscle fiber! Isometric exercises, also part of my facial exercise program,  tone and   
          enhance the beauty of the face, neck and skin. With CFF you also shorten muscles, lifting up the entire face!
          Carolyn's Facial Fitness is a facial rejuvenation, wrinkle free skin care system that reduces lines and wrinkles
         
by actually rubbing them out!  A deep wrinkle is caused by skin being stuck down to underlying tissue. Whenever
          the muscle contracts, the wrinkle is pulled down, creating a valley. Botox paralyzes muscle. If the muscle can't
          contract, you don't see the valley. The problem is, as soon as Botox wears off, the wrinkle is back! A more sensible
          and permanent approach for deep wrinkles is to strengthen muscle, but also to free up the skin where it is stuck
          down. CFF offers a time-tested technique that helps to de-tack these stuck wrinkles. Wrinkles flatten, smooth out       
          and eventually disappear. No more need for a facelift, Botox, Restylane or other surgeries or fillers! CFF is not only

     4   Q: How do face exercises affect my skin?


          A: These facial exercises have the added benefit that they tremendously increase blood circulation to the face,   
          allowing more oxygen and more nourishment to reach the cells of the skin.  This results in a clear, healthy
          complexion with good color that is not only cleaner, but its ability to absorb moisture is also increased. The natural
          massage that happens when doing facial exercises seems to stimulate collagen production resulting in a more
          supple, smooth, resilient, tighter-looking skin! This is a natural facial skin care treatment!

     5   Q: What happens if I stop doing the face exercises?


          A: Not to worry if you stop doing the facial exercises. Did you know that body and facial muscles have memory? 
          If you discontinue the face exercises for a while and gravity starts to show its work, just begin the facial exercises
         
again and you will return to the place where you stopped in no time!

     6   Q: How long before I see results with face exercises?


          A: Exercising the face, you can see obvious improvement after two weeks. In another three months, people usually
          start to tell you how good you look. Within six to nine months you can look five to ten years younger than you were
          before you started.  Within a year people may start to ask you,  "What are you doing to look so young?"  Every three
          months, you usually have a "youth jump", that is you look a little bit younger every three months for the first few years! 
          This is the natural way to good antiaging skin care that works!
         
     7   Q: How often do I need to do the face exercises?


          A:  It's recommended you do the facial exercises once or twice a day the first couple of weeks. This is the learning
          period. When you feel ready, you start the advanced series (lying down), once a day, five days a week. After three
          months, you can go to exercising the face three times a week. The more you do them, the faster the result. One face
          exercising session with Carolyn's Facial Fitness is about fifteen minutes long.
