Not to worry. Muscles have memory. If you have been exercising the face for say, three years and stop and gravity does it's "thing" … you can just start exercising again and within a couple of months you'll be back to where you were at the three year mark. If you don't like a certain build an exercise is giving your face, simply stop doing that exercise and the muscle will go down. It's that simple. It's that natural.
