Hi Carolyn! ... I've done your facial exercises for two days now and I must say that my face and neck are love, love, loving them!!  They really feel as if they've had a good workout when I get done. I know I'll get good results & I can't wait to see the improvements that will come. It's the first time at my age that I've wished for three months to go fast!!!
Your DVD shows each exercise very clearly and I love the repeat option as I can keep repeating each exercise until I'm familiar with it. The fact that your program incorporates 28 exercises means that absolutely all muscles are getting a workout.  I'm very happy with CFF.   I will take the wk-end off as you advise & do your program five days a wk.  Thanks Carolyn for everything.  All is most appreciated.  Kindest regards, June
