Hi Carolyn, I want to thank you for your facial fitness exercises. Last month I had a root tooth problem. The infection was damaging my jaw. Since the dentist started to treat the infection my face was so swollen that I couldn't eat. This took me 3 weeks to become nearly normal but every time I touched my face I felt that half of my lower lip and half of my chin were numb and had pins and needles. My dentist said that the nerve have been damaged and would take at least a few months to recover. Since I could, I started again your exercises and after 2 weeks my lip and my chin are back to normal. I am very grateful to you. Kind Regards, Rosa

Dear Carolyn, I have been using your programme for a year or so now and just wanted to let you know that the results have been nothing short of miraculous. I am 32 years old and have very good skin - my main problem was dark circles and bags under my eyes, which have always bothered me, even as a child. I was reluctantly thinking about getting something surgically done but really this goes against the grain, so I thought I'd try everything else first. Having done your programme for the past months, I still have a way to go in order to achieve the desired results but I no longer have a tired look and feel more confident than I have ever done. I was prompted to send this email as I went to a party last night and for the first time looked in the mirror and thought I looked beautiful. I put this increase in my confident down to your fantastic programme and the results I have experienced which have made a huge difference to how I feel. I would offer you photos but did not take any prior to starting the programme on the basis that I couldn't really face looking at the before pictures. I will take some now and keep going with the programme so hopefully you can see a change in a few months for your portfolio. One thing I think is important for me to mention is that, this programme has made a real difference, despite the fact that the problem I faced is slightly hereditary. I was unsure whether or not this would mean that an exercise regime such as yours could be beneficial but my experience proves that, hereditary or not, the results are wonderful. Many thanks, Rachel

Hi Carolyn, I emailed you last night … and just came across something on your site which I found very interesting. You noted the following … "For example, there is an exercise out 'there' I found in many facial exercise programs. It's when you put your index fingers in the corners of the mouth and pucker your lips and pull back with the fingers to create resistance. I thought it would be great for attacking the puckers that form in the corners of the mouth. Well.... when I did it for any length of time, it built the muscles around the 'marionette lines' in such a way it gave me the look of an 'ape'." As I mentioned last night in my email, I have been doing your program since February, 2009. However, after reading so much online about a competitor's program, I purchased it approximately 2-3 months ago. I had to see for myself what all the hype was about. I used it for approximately one month, but didn’t care for it as much as your program. At that point I stopped using the competitor's program and went back to using your program. There were two mouth exercises in the competitor's program that I liked and decided to continue doing along with your program. I figured doing them couldn't hurt things and would only excel my progress. Whoa … WAS I EVER WRONG! One of those exercises is exactly what you have described as giving the look of an "ape". I believe that is exactly the look I have now … ape-like. I'm so mad at myself for purchasing that other program. I wish I never read about it and just stuck with your program the entire time. Anyway, I wanted to share this with you because I know you take great pride in your program and in the graceful transformation that one can accomplish by using CFF.
As you advised, I will limit my facial exercises to only three times per week for the next month. And, I WILL NOT be doing any other exercises which are not included in your program. Thanks again and I will keep you updated on my progress. Kim

Hi Carolyn, Wanted to send you a quick update. It's been just shy of three weeks since I contacted you seeking advice for the haggard, tired face I had been seeing in the mirror. I have done exactly what you suggested by limiting my facial exercises to just M-W-F followed by the CFF massage technique. I am totally blown away at how my face has positively responded and how much better things are already looking in such a short period of time. I am constantly looking in the mirror because I can't believe the improvement I have seen in just a few short weeks. I feel so good about myself and have so much more confidence! I am just ecstatic with the results so far and am so excited about making even more progress as time goes on. … Thanks so much for the advice. Take care, Kim

Thank you so much for your quick response, Carolyn. I read the 2 articles below you sent and they were so informative! It reaffirmed that Botox was the wrong path and that I need to continue with these exercises. I will take it down to 4 times a week until recovery. I definitely don't want to spot build while my face is not back into place!
Thank you so much for all of your support, your research and for creating such an amazing program! It's given me hope that there's life after Botox, and help to get through this disaster. You will never guess what happened -- today I went to my family doctor as I have been feeling low energy for over a week. Dr. Dan has been my doctor for over 10 years. The very first thing is said to me, while looking over my records, was: " Tell me something ..you are 62 and you look about 50. How do you do it?" (And that was with no makeup and feeling quite awful.) So you get a big thank you for your part in this, even though I am not really wrinkle free .. there is a nice vibrant look that comes through from exercising. You did a wonderful thing in developing this method and sticking to it - in the face of all kinds of competition over the years. Bravo! Hugs --e.

Hi Carolyn. I bought your program about 10 days or so ago, I gave you a plug on AOL, they have a story about "Woman wants to know if she needs facelift" or something to that effect, by Stylelist. I put a brief synopsis of my experiences so far with your product. I hope you get some orders from it. I really am addicted, I can't quit! I know I am not supposed to be doing it more than once a day, but sometimes I cheat. ... I am still doing a competitor's mouth down, wrinkle the nose, move up and down movement, but I don't know if I still should be doing that. It really did make those little buggers lessen. I had rejuvederm about 2 years ago, then started doing that movement, and they never came back full force again. (YAYYY!) I love that you added the face firmer to yours, I have been doing that one since september 2009, I got it out of Sanford Bennets 1907 book. It has kept my cheeks and face a little fuller until I found you! And thank God I did. Thanks for everything! Lisa Response: Hi Lisa! I have to tell you that you need to STOP ALL other programs, except for CFFitness™. I just received an email from someone who was adding other exercises from other programs and her result is not attractive. CFFitness™ is designed to give a very elegant, balanced build to the face so ONLY perform those 28 exercises 3 to 4 times a week (spaced out as evenly as possible) PLUS the Face Firmer . Perform this routine ONLY once a day and eventually lying down. Be sure to check out Part 2 of the DVD so you engage those changes when lying down. This will allow you to lay down the foundation for correcting anything later on. You will be assured this way to receive a beautiful, elegant shape to your face and neck. Otherwise, you run the risk of spot building. Be sure to perform the Face Firmer the CFFitness™ way by contracting the muscles first?!! The face must have time off to rest in order for the tissue to recover from the exercises and build properly.

Carolyn, thank you for your reply! ... I already want to tell you that I have seen some results. My skin feels wonderful and well moisturized. These exercises and your skin care products are simply amazing! My upper lip is fuller and I think the skin under the eyes and the neck feels firmer. But neck wrinkles are now wider. Maybe this is part of the process called "Rubbing the Wrinkles Out"? (Deeper wrinkles can look wider at first as they are pushed out with the exercises and become shallower and wider. Over time they will become thinner and thinner. You can eliminate up to 95% of your wrinkles with this technique.) The sun spot is still visible, but perhaps not really so striking. I will continue to use Crystal C serum (and other products) and see what happens. Many thanks to you! Paula

Dear Carolyn, Thank you for your email and advice on my face as you pointed out the difference in my face that I could not see. I was not doing the Face Firmer exercises, but have now started. Hope to lose more wrinkles in the future. I got my first comment on my face last week, it was, " .. your face looks different have you lost weight?" Check in 4 months time. Margaret
