Looks Like a High School Girl

Friday, I drove in to get my emissions test for my car, and the guy manning the testing station, after seeing me, followed by looking at my birth date on my drivers license, marveled: "Would you look at that? You LOOK like a high school girl!!" True that I was wearing sunglasses at the time of this exclamation, but even my eyes & under-eyes are much better as well as looking so much younger in all the other areas I wasn't even concerned about looking younger in glasses. After I took off my sunglasses & switched to regular glasses to continue with the emissions test, the same guy was still looking at me, it seemed, with incredulity.

Tired Look is Gone

Doing face exercises about 3 to 4 times per week and getting fantastic results. I never, ever have done them every day as instructed, but even with this frequency, lots of benefits! I can see that when I fall off from doing them, I look more tired in the mirror. When I do them I look more beautiful, charming and perky.

Side Benefits

I also find HEADACHE fighting benefits. When I feel like I have a headache coming on and I do the face exercises, it helps to relax my jaw, temples, eyes and all! Exercises, helps to strengthen neck muscles and realign the neck, and sometimes I am reminded to do more because of that than how I look. Have referred many to your website. Also followed your advice to get an exercise ball and I am now experimenting with how to use it for toning my abdomen, etc. Really, the results of exercising the face got me inspired to do more exercise all around, so I am continuing with swimming, lifting 3 pound weights for triceps, & have a new resolve to do a bit of walking about my neighborhood as well. I am looking glammer glammer glamorous!

Dear Carolyn,

I am a 60 year old judge facing the public day to day. I had seriously considered plastic surgery.  (My brother teaches reconstructive surgery at Harvard). He encouraged the tuck. I wavered... No more. Your facial exercises have changed my approach to a youthful appearance. Now I accept the fact that looking well is not a passive experience. I no longer expect anyone to fix me. My beauty will come from the inside out: nutrition, exercise, rest, love (Not necessarily in that order). It is difficult work to firm the facial muscles on a daily basis, (several times a day) but without that good work, even the most masterful facelift will not last.

Hi, Carolyn, 

I just want to say thanks. I received your value pack in the mail a few days ago. I am still learning the exercises, but, even when I haven't done the full program from start to finish without stopping to practice, I have noticed that the deep line in the center of my brows above the bridge of my nose---the line that, aside from my neck--was the most bothersome to me--is pretty much gone. This morning I even frowned in the mirror, and it still didn't come back! Wooohoooo! I can't wait to see my neck become smooth and watch the dark circles under my eyes disappear. I am delighted. Please know I will be passing your information and website on to everyone I know!

Hi Carolyn, This is Valerie from Ohio.  Friday was the 12th day of me doing the exercises.  I was at my kid's school when a guy (you know they don't notice anything) I know asked me if I was losing weight because my face looked thinner.  I am so psyched.  My husband has been out of the country since I started doing these.  Can't wait to see if he notices when he returns this week. Thanks Carolyn!  I'm excited about trying your program.  I tried one before for a couple years consistently, but there was nothing for jowls.  I desperately looked for something on the Internet and found your site.  Just trying a few of your sample exercises like the jowls, neck and the upper eyelids, I've already seen encouraging results within just a couple days!  It is a God-send for me, because I've been seriously thinking about having my neck skin and jowls lifted and tightened!  So, I can't wait to try your program.

Just wanted to say, have just seen your latest photo on the website aged 61!!!!!!  amazing, you look wonderful, even younger than before!  You are an inspiration, I only hope I can look that good when I'm 61! Am still pleased with progress, am losing my double chin (which I hadn't really noticed I had before....), but can see now that my profile is looking neater and firmer around the jaw and jowl area which makes a big difference to the appearance of the rest of my face - wowhee!!!

Hi there Carolyn! 

It's Lizzie here!  Just wanted to update you on things.  Had a baby boy, now 7 months old and wonderful!  3 weeks ago I restarted exercises again after a break following birth!!!  Am again amazed at the progress I have made so quickly due to the muscle memory!!  Eyes are more open, lids are much firmer, jaw line more sculpted etc etc!  I found a photo of me taken 2 years ago the other day and my eyelids looked really saggy, I thought, I'll just take an up-to-date one and see (although I could tell they had improved..), unbelievable!  My eyes have opened up, eyelids firmer, skin tone more vibrant, cheeks fuller and firmer, whole face somehow more open and fresher looking!!   HOORAY!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant exercising program, brilliant website (always referring to it), well done!!

Hi Carolyn,

You may remember me, Lizzie… Sorry have not been in touch for so long, have been without Internet, but back now! Wanted to tell you that since beginning program in earnest April 2007, I have just had my 3rd youth jump!  It's fantastic, slowly but surely my face is smoothing out and becoming fuller and rounder.  I always had quite a narrow face, which became gaunt looking in my mid thirties.  Now approaching 38, I can honestly (and immodestly!) say that I look very much how I did about 10 years ago!  the affect on my confidence has been amazing, I felt really down about my old face which was not ageing well, but now I feel full of positivity and confidence, I'm wearing make-up again, as my hooded eyelids have firmed up so much, my skin is so much better, and it's so lovely to look in the mirror and recognise myself again!!! Thank you so much, I am still doing exercises 5 days a week, do you think it's alright to go to 3 times now?  I don't want to lose what I have already gained and still want to improve as much as I can?  What do you think? (It should be fine for you to go to 3 days a week exercising at this point).

Aloha Carolyn,

I'm soooo thrilled to report that after 4 months of daily exercising, I've started to see results! I see the emergence of cheekbones and the saggy cheek look is starting to disappear. My jowls are about half the size that they were when I started. My dark circles have also improved (although I use Renova and Kinerase Under Eye Rescue too) and the tired look is diminishing also. I'm just so pleased and excited and so inspired to continue your program. I guess this is my first "youth jump!" You're a genius, Carolyn! Thanks so much for the great program. My future seem so much more promising now--you know how depressing it can be to look in the mirror and see that aging, saggy look. Well, no more!

Aloha Carolyn,

I just wanted to let you know that I'm still doing your program on a daily basis. It has been almost a year and I'm seeing some incredible results. My jowls (my biggest problem area) have begun to lift and they are about 50% of what they were before. This is really amazing and I'm so thrilled to see it happening! My eyes have also lifted completely. The lids are very tight and they look very open. This is all so exciting and amazing! I'm going to continue the daily workouts until I see a total lift of the jaw line area and then I'm planning to go on the 3-day a week maintenance program. Thank you again for such a marvelous "face lift!" I hope that you're well and that you'll be sending out another holiday newsletter. If you do, please include me on your mailing list. I just wanted to report that I'm still doing your facial exercises faithfully on an every-other-day schedule and seeing great results.  It's been about 2 1/2 years since I started your program and my jowls are tightening up so much that they are about 75% GONE!!!  I can hardly believe my eyes since the sagging jowl and cheek areas were my worst problems.  My cheeks are also lifted and the enlarged cheek muscles have also given me "cheekbones" for the first time in my life.  The tired look that I had at 50 is gone and I'm nearly 53 now.

Btw, I also have objective proof that the eyelid exercises have lifted my eyelids.  I wear bifocal contact lens and before starting your exercise program, I always had a hard time inserting them due to slightly sagging eyelids.  I had to use the finger of the opposite hand to hold the lid up and in place before insertion.  Now I don't have to use the opposite finger--I can just look straight into a mirror and insert it directly into the eye because my lids are now so lifted.  That was how I used to insert them when I was 30!!!  Thank you, Carolyn, for the wonderful hand exercises!  They look great and I can't wait to get started on them.  My hands definitely need help.
