Hi Carolyn,It has been 3 and a half months now. And my dark circles are so much lighter, also under the eyes are starting to fill in, my skin tone is better, eye lids have lifted a little, jowls are starting to liftslightly. I can feel the strength and more firmness in my facial muscles, it feels so good. I get this tingling sensation in my checks when I am not exercising, what is this, as it feels good anyway?(The tingling sensation is natural.Just the tissue is building and strengthening and the body feels it as a kind of "itching" or tingling feeling. Many of my clients, including myself, when we miss our exercises for too long, we'll get this tingling/itching feeling in the face and neck. It's also often especially felt within the first year of exercising.I always say it's my face throwing a tantrum to be exercised.Chuckle.) Thanks so much for always being here for me........ Hi Carolyn! It is fun to see the pics of me side by side, and it really shows an improvement. It's hard to believe that I actually looked like that last year! So much fun to read the report, and I will follow your advice and add Eye Flex and Lower Eyelid Stretch, to the end of the workout. You have really changed my life, and I'm so happy about that. My eyelids were so tired and sagging last year, and I know this is inherited as both my parents have had to do surgery on the eyes, for medical reasons. Their eyelids were so drooping that they could not see properly anymore. Now I know that I will not have this problem in the future, and it is so much fun to look younger as well. Hi Carolyn: I've been consistently performing your facial fitness exercises since October 23, 2007! I'm 62 years old, and have been very happy with the results I've gotten so far. I do the whole routine every morning after waking up, and before I go to yoga and work. . . . . . I want to thank you for your great program! Dear Carolyn, I've been doing the exercises since received the kit, and saw the results after just 3 weeks. I am turning 39 yrs. old this November, and had just started developing jowls. After 3 weeks of exercising I noticed my cheeks have lifted and the jowls started to become less and less visible. My facial skin looks smoother and fresher looking now. The under-eye area is a little tougher, though. I inherited my dad's deep-seated eyes. I'll continue to work the area around my eyes, and hopefully they will open up a bit. If you have any suggestions concerning this particular area, please let me know. (I sent her some suggestions) Thanks again for the program and all the other info. I also found a good place in the town to have my facials done, and made sure my nutritional supplements now contain the vitamins and minerals necessary for the proper feeding of the skin. Hi Carolyn, Thank you for your evaluation it is most encouraging to carry on. I haven't seen this friend of mine for some months as they go to Florida for six months for the winter. She exclaimed "Edna You are ageless simply ageless" Another friend when having lunch asked me "what do you do to keep looking so good" Someone at my former work place said you seem to be getting younger in fact you are looking younger then when you retired. Hi Carolyn, I have been using your exercise system since the end of april 09 (nearly 2 months). I am happy to say that it indeed has an effect. I just turned 37 years old. I am a very fit person with a healthy lifestyle and in general I did not consider that I had any problems with aging. However, I started using some (sic) products 4 months ago to get rid of an operation scar. I learned about facial fitness via the Chat on this website. As I am doing yoga I was immediately convinced that I had to try this. I really like the video and the flash cards. It is a very efficient way to learn. The first effect I have experienced is that I can relax my face and get rid of residual stress. I often frown when I am concentrating and it is difficult for me to relax my jaw and front. It makes it easier to meditate and relax completely. Now after 2 months I can see that my face is firmer and the tone is getting better. My skin is glowing more as after a 1h workout. Dear Carolyn, a small letter to say that I enjoy so much to do your program with my yoga in the morning. It's even little bit addictive, and it ask me effort to not do it every day. I started I think around 6 weeks ago and I can see some change in the whole face. I don't look younger but healthier…. Anyway the whole is more firm and alive, and it's so funny in the mirror to look every day what is better instead of what is worse... It's changing a lot more than the physical appearance it's a kind of joy, trust, and peace that touch the whole being... So dear Carolyn I want to thank you again and send you flowers from my garden.
