Hi Carolyn, Georgina here.  Hope you  are well. I am exercising my face 5times a week . Beginning to get used to it now. People I haven’t seen for a while are making lots of wonderful comments on how well  and young I look, they are looking at me questionaly, often with a puzzled look!! I tell them I have had my hair restyled, true, also got a bit of sun on my body, then I tell them about my Facial Fitness. Then they say yes now I can put my finger on the changes in you, My husband has noticed also and is very encouraging!! Wow, I personally can only see a slight change around my jaw line, which I am very happy with.
I look at my face all the time, so will not see what others see.
I confess that I still do the fitness sitting up following you. I know I should be lying down by now.
Can you tell me when to send you more photos, I am loosing track of time.

Carolyn!  It is me Amy.I just wanted to tell you how greatly I have enjoyed your exercise program. I do it three times a week (as you had advised) and love the results. I recently has a cosmetologist do my face and she assumed I was 18 because of my skin's "tightness and texture."  Always great to hear that!
Anyway, Carolyn, here I go with another question.  I just have to ask, is there some kind of catch 22?  I mean, it truly seems too good to be true! I keep thinking that maybe down the road I would have caused a great crease or something due to all of this face touching and pulling. Just please take my question as a compliment because if my results weren't so astounding, I probably wouldn't be so paranoid :) You would think all those celebrities would be doing this instead of plastic surgery?? Or that dermatologists and cosmetologists alike would be suggesting it?

I was and still am incredibly impressed by Carolyn's program and her website. She has far and away the most believable, impressive, and inspiring array of before-during-and-after photos I have ever seen on any facial exercise site, with equally inspiring and believable testimonials. Her website also provides a great deal of information, with a very helpful FAQ, free sample exercises, and a thorough bio of how Carolyn developed her program. The exercises and techniques are not unique to her - the elements can be found in a variety of other programs - but she picked and chose and arranged in a way that is very thorough, balanced, and well-thought-out.
The materials are absolutely excellent IMO. There's a set of flash cards for each exercise - with a photograph depicting the move, not a drawing - a "cheat sheet" which I use every time I do the routine (actually, I typed up my own copy with additions, so I wouldn't beat up the flash card) and a booklet with a variety of additional exercises to include once the basic program is mastered. The DVD shows Carolyn herself demonstrating each exercise - including all recommended reps - and is extremely helpful. There are also CDs to use when one does the routine lying down, as Carolyn recommends (I can't remark on these as I am deaf so don't use them).
Carolyn also includes a technique I haven't seen used in any other program, called "rubbing out the wrinkles," which I've found seems to work surprisingly well on my forehead lines and have now started to experiment with on my neck rings.

Hello: I was in YouTube, I was looking for information about facial Yoga which I have been practicing for the last 5 year (I am 32). One video leaded to another and I saw you. I found your face serene and harmonious, result of a proper exercise (there are videos of people practicing facial exercise whose faces are rigid and not very pleasant and betray a malpractice).
I hope that this information is helpful :)
I am impatient to know your method. Thank you very much in advance.

Dear Carolyn,
Yes!  Yes! Yes!  That is EXACTLY what I was saying to myself.  It was only a few months into the program when I could actually FEEL the difference in having facial muscle tone again.  When I smiled I could feel the increased lift to mouth and cheeks.   I enjoyed "flexing" my smile and did so more often. I noticed that people were smiling back. 
It was about that time when I was on my daily walk with my dog and two passers-by smiled at us and I overheard one comment "she's pretty".  Now, it is possible that they were referring to my adorable dog who IS very pretty but no matter, what was important that my daily interactions now included more positive feedback!  Happiness inside reflecting outward and being reflected back- basic Yoga philosophy at work here.
I have to say that when I first started the exercises it felt like I was just manipulating a tired and sagging face but it was fairly soon when I began to feel some muscle tone under the skin. I am following the exercises everyday and enjoy the results of increased confidence and self-esteem.

Hi Ms. Carolyn!  I hope I’m not being a pest but I just wanted to let you know that I did the “Face Firmer” once yesterday & once so far today.  My face felt like it really got a workout.  I didn’t feel any soreness or muscle fatigue or anything like that, just a very nice warm in the muscle feeling. Best of all I got complimented on how my skin looks today.  I have to say for me that’s something because my skin is very pale with yellow undertones especially during the middle of winter.  Even if no one said anything to me about my skin, I just love how the Face Firmer made my face feel.  I didn’t try any other exercises from the newsletters yet because I’m waiting for your kit to arrive.  I want to see the technique first so I don’t do anything wrong.
I just wanted to touch base with you about the compliments I received already.  : )

Hi Carolyn!
Thank you for the feedback - I can't believe the difference in a year.  :)  It's worth the 15 minutes a day, believe me!!  I've doubled up on the forehead smoother, the worry line smoother and the sad face exercises, since those seem to be the problematic areas. I think I haven't been exerting enough resistance either - now that my muscles have been worked for a year, I'm starting to apply a bit more resistance to most areas.  It will be interesting to see if that helps!
The brow worry lines are almost completely gone - they may come back if I've been out in the sun and lowering brows without realizing it but I just do the exercises a couple of times a day for a day or two and they go away.  I also do the wrinkle smoother exercises on the forehead lines in the mornings and evenings - I want those pesky things gone! :)  I'm hoping the mouth sag/wrinkles will also disappear but even keeping them at bay will eventually pay off as I get older.
I'm very thankful for discovering your program - I'd always looked substantially younger than 'real life' and last winter I was discouraged to see how quickly the aging process was kicking in.  Incidentally, I'd read some reviews during my search for good skin products and learned that this can be very common with women - all of a sudden, we look 'old'.  So it has been very good for my self confidence to retain some of my youthful appearance.  No one ever guesses my real age!

Hi Carolyn, A note to say what a beautiful website you have!  I am up way too late into the night in the southern hemisphere enjoying reading it all! I first found your site about Oct last year by chance and became aware of the whole phenomenon of facial exercise.  I am sure you have done a huge revamp of your website layout since I first read it back then and I must say it is really fantastic and makes for greater ease of reading and learning.
I have researched through the plethora of facial exercise programs when I have had time, trying to decide which are the most credible and which are likely to give the most natural results.  I am now 46 y.o. and have long been a subscriber to the benefits of resistance training, pilates etc for fitness, body tone and general wellbeing.  So it makes complete sense to me that such principles should extend to the face and neck areas too!  Being a research scientist though it is my nature to really find out about things and I am very interested in everything you have written in your site.  It is terrific that you are passionate about teaching your clients to understand facial exercise, not just selling the “how to do” products.
Although I think I am ageing reasonably well, I have noticed gravity kicking in slightly in the past year, so I am very excited about trying out your program and have just placed an order for the full kit.  ... the full kit looks terrific and I know I will value having the flashcards and the workbook plus the final CD in time.
I remember doing chin firming exercises way back 10 or so years ago as part of aerobics classes and I remember how effective it was – so I KNOW your comprehensive program is going to be great. Can’t wait!!

Update:
Just thought I would touch base to let you know I am going well with my CFF program.  Really enjoying it!
The first couple of times I went through with the DVD and flash cards and I was feeling that it would take a long time to master it all –felt a bit overwhelming at first (as with anything new).  So I was quite impressed (with myself) that within only about three runs through I was really getting the hang of it and moved onto the pacing CD.  At first I had to pause the ipod a few times because I couldn’t quite keep up at the start of some exercises (gosh that jowl lifter #27 had me feeling quite uncoordinated for a while!). That passed quickly though and after about two weeks I went back to the DVD to really perfect my technique and make sure I was doing the exercises properly – being able to see you do the exercises is an excellent help and l am so glad I got the flashcards as well – They are a good reference and I like the information on them. I now have been going for about 6 weeks and it is part of my routine, generally just before I go to sleep at night.  I do miss it on the rest days – I agree it’s quite addictive!  Your success is definitely in making it an achievable 15 minute routine – even when you feel tired or are busy you know it is so quick and therefore want to fit it in.  All up you have put out a really terrific kit – and I can feel it working already.  My skin is good, jaw line and neck seem a little more shaped and I am amazed how quickly I have been able to isolate my facial muscles at will – often when driving around etc I just do this for fun....
As an added benefit to lying down to do the CFF program I have found myself getting back to some little relaxation exercises and  meditations as well which is a nice bonus!  Maybe in the future you should include your relaxation cards as an extra track on the CD with some gentle music – you have a lovely voice and would make for a nice wind down – just one for the suggestion box!  I haven’t moved on to the final CD because I am still very happy to have your voice counting away to me!
