Hi Carolyn, I have received your package and wanted to send along a few comments. First, it's a very nice package, well-organized and well-documented... It was nice that you provided the mirror, enabling the customer to start right away. I will have to watch the DVD from my computer since it's the only place I can set up a mirror AND watch a DVD.  I purchased your program because I was very impressed with your website and before and after photographs of real people. They don't look airbrushed-they just look like their faces and necks are firmer. The photos look real (and I assume they are). I was very impressed that you (that anyone) would figure out how develop exercises for the facial and neck muscles. Thanks, Christine

Agreed that it will take time.  After 3 months my neck is looking much better and my forehead is smoothing out, the jowl and marionette lines are diminishing.   I'm looking forward to what I will look like in a year and more.  I'm very happy with the results so far.Thank you!Have a happy Memorial Day holiday! I just wanted to tell you that I have been doing the facial exercises daily for about three weeks, so far - and I am definitely seeing good results! I have taken pictures but they aren't developed yet. Will email them in time. The first area where I saw nearly immediate results was around my eyes, but everything seems to be perking up. The jowl area is improving, but still needs more work. Thanks so much. These exercises do work.

Hi Carolyn,  I just wanted to say hi and let you know I am still doing the exercises almost every evening. I think it's been about two years now, if I'm not mistaken.
It's kind of routine now that people assume I am 15 or 20 years younger than I am. This is sometimes embarrassing in a way. People in their early forties think I am their age peer, and flat out don't believe me when I refer to things that happened long before they were born. I guess I'll just have to get used to it.
I look too young! Oh my, what a problem.
I do like the way I look, it's certainly a plus, but I find that I'm doing the exercises mainly as a way to relax the tension out of my face at the end of the day. My face just doesn't feel right unless I work those muscles. The program is wonderful. I hope a lot of people tell you that. Gretchen

Hi Carolyn, I saw you on YouTube, and I went, That's my teacher! I was so proud.

Here's an update on my progress:

I finally took your advice after two years, and started doing the exercises lying down, first thing in the morning. I put the Pacing CD in my computer in the bedroom. The Pacing CD moves along much faster than I would on my own, so I actually do finish in 15 minutes. Also I'm working the neck and throat area harder, I can feel it. The new exercises you suggested seem to be helping that sag under the jaw line at either side. I've just added them in to the end of the routine.
I'm still being mistaken for a younger person. All the time. It's still mildly embarrassing. I guess I'll have to live with it.

Dear Carolyn,

I received the product a few days ago and have only been using it for four days so I'm not in a position to comment on whether or not the product yielded any results, but I would like to say that I absolutely love doing the exercises. Your package is well designed and it only took me a couple of run throughs to learn the exercises. On the third day I was able to follow the Pacing CD. I couldn't believe how quickly I was done. And, I agree with you, they are addictive! I also like the helpful hints that you have at the end of your booklet. Now, if only you could come up with a solution to cellulite?! (snicker) Congratulations on a wonderful product. By the way, you're a very beautiful lady!!

I went to a clothing store I haven't visited for about six months. The clerk took one glance at me and said something nice about how pretty my eyes were looking. Then, she took another look and remarked that I was certainly looking younger than before. She asked me if I had a face lift. I was shocked! I told her that I'd been doing face exercises and apparently they really work. She was thrilled. The whole time I shopped she kept telling me how good I looked. I'm 69 years old and I never thought I'd get this response, but I'm feeling very good about myself. I love your exercises, Carolyn. Thank you so much!
