Carolyn's Facial Fitness is now offering private, one-to-one Online video chats through SKYPE with Nicky, one of the Certified CFF teachers. 30 minutes only $75.00 and 60 minutes is $100. 15-minutes more is $25 per/15-min segment – you can give Nicky your credit card info at that time if you want to continue over the initial session and your card will be charged accordingly.

Once you buy your session, you will be emailed instructions for contact with Nicky to arrange for your lesson! Sessions are available for anyone living anywhere in the world!

Nicky began her career in Esthetics 35 years ago, but her desire to become a "skin" expert started long before that! In her early teens, Nicky could often be found in the kitchen, concocting healthy facial masks made with natural ingredients. She was so intrigued with the skin and how she could make it look alive and radiant. She constantly received compliments on her glowing skin, which was a confirmation that these masks were working!

Once Nicky learned what the word "Esthetician" meant, she knew it was destiny that this would be her career! At age 21, her first opportunity presented itself and Nicky began studying holistic nutrition, homeopathy, natural beauty and yoga. She apprenticed with a Hungarian esthetician and started creating amazing organic facials, as she built her clientele.

After 20 years of working with "natural" ingredients and treatments, Nicky decided to explore the medical approach to cosmetic dermatology. While still operating her business "Added Beauty," she began working with a doctor in a Medical Clinic.

She received her Clinical Esthetic and Laser License during that time and stayed for another year, working with these clinical procedures. Now that she had experience in both worlds, Nicky returned to her passion of organic and natural treatments. By this time, some of Nicky's loyal clients were noticing some aging signs, and were being enticed by all the advertising for Botox and other fillers. Nicky was determined to find a natural solution for her clients concerns. She purchased several expensive machines, for sculpting, toning and contouring the facial muscles. Still, Nicky was dissatisfied with the results, and she began researching the benefits of facial exercise. This lead her to Carolyn Cleaves and the CFF program. After their first conversation, Nicky was so impressed that she knew this was the right program for herself and her clients. She began learning the exercises and studying the program in preparation to become a Certified Instructor.. Nicky is now certified to teach Carolyn's Facial Fitness program.

ATTENTION: To help keep all SKYPE sessions and schedules on time, the following procedures will be applied:

• Cancellations are accepted 24 hours in advance of the scheduled SKYPE session for a full refund.
• After that or for a “no-show”, there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 charged.
• For those that show up late, the time missed will be deducted from the scheduled session, so a 30 minute booking showing up 10 minutes late, will only receive a 20 minute session.
• Nicky is not obliged to wait any longer than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment. After that, the session missed is considered to be a "no-show".
