Season’s Greetings!
This year the new “FREE” facial exercise (photos below) is incredible. Not only does the “Jowl Press” help to lift up the jowl area, it also smooths out any crinkling of lines that occur below the corners of the mouth, as well. The test results from this exercise were spectacular. You’ll find this fabulous exercise photo-illustrated at the end of this Newsletter.
I want to thank all of you for taking a chance with me when first purchasing the facial exercise kits. Many of you were naturally skeptical. “WHAT? Do facial exercises really work?” However, once you saw the powerful, elegant and balanced build your achieved with the CFFitness™ program, you realized I had truly researched and put together a facial exercise program that gives results.

Jowl Press
Helps tighten sagging pouches along the jowl line while smoothing out wrinkles

While making little “pinchers”, press firmly with your thumbs and index fingers around the jaw bone on both sides of the face at the jowls. Gently close your mouth. | Keeping the fingers and thumbs pressed and your mouth closed, smile, drawing the corners of your mouth towards your ears, creating resistance. Hold for a count of 10. |
Directions:
- Feeling your jaw bone between, place your thumb and index finger on either side of your chin directly below the corners of your mouth. You will be forming little “pinchers” around the jaw bone with your thumbs and index fingers.
- Pressing lightly yet firmly with your thumbs and fingers at the jowls, close your mouth and smile — drawing the corners of your mouth out towards your ears.
- Use your thumb and index finger trying to hold the muscle in place just below the corners of your mouth, as you smile … creating resistance.
- Hold for a count of 10.
- Release!
- Repeat 3 times.
- Perform 3 to 6 rounds.
- You can also perform this exercise during the day more often. Everyone is individual and you will need to find the correct number of times needed to lift and smooth this area of the face according to your special circumstances.
