|Just After Starting Facial Exercises
Notice I have a double chin, dark circles and lines under the eyes and wrinkles around the mouth. I just discovered facial exercises the year before! I had also just lost about 50 pounds, so my skin was very loose on my face and neck. It was scary.
|Notice the bags under my eyes and the fallen upper eyelids. I am smiling here, but my jowls are hanging and I’m covering up my neck with a scarf because the skin is crepey with rings and lines and that stringy thing is starting to hang, directly under the chin.*
||My jowls have come up a lot, but are still very hanging, sigh! My eyes are very open, dark circles are almost gone. My neck shows the most improvement. I am still perfecting my facial exercise program. I was determined to find a way to lift up those jowls. (And, I did! Finally!)*
