Facial Exercises are Not a Quick Fix
You can see some obvious improvement after two weeks. That tired look we sometimes get as we age, goes first. In another three months, people usually start to tell you how good you look. Within six to nine months you can look five to ten years younger than you were before and a year later people may start to ask you, ” What are you doing to look so young?” Of course, the younger you are the faster results. The wrinkles are deeper the older you are and the skin may be less firm. It takes a bit longer to bring it back with facial exercises.
Consistency Brings Good Results
Here’s a letter from one of my clients who has been doing facial exercises for 11 months:
“I can’t tell you how many people over the past 6 months have commented on how good I look, but to me the most important thing is how I feel.
At first when I tried your program I was afraid it was stretching my skin, that’s how much sag I had….and I didn’t think it was that out of shape. Another client of mine, age 69 had been exercising her face and neck for 6 months. She visited a clothing store she hadn’t been to for almost a year. So, while the results are individual, you can truly realize results within half a year. Consistency with doing the exercises, three to five times a week is a key to getting the results you want.
