Bonus Exercise: Circle-up Rub


Be sure you moisturize first, to smooth and firm the lower cheek area. Perform this exercise in front of a mirror, morning and night for 5 times a week for 2 months … going to 3 times a week, continuing am and pm … and finally to 3 times a week and only once a day, thereafter. This is a specific exercise that can also be used when you get to maintenance, as it helps in keeping your lower face firmed-up. It also smooths any crinkling on the lower sides of the cheeks.
