Bonus Exercise: Face Polishing
Just like with The Brush, you can smooth the skin from crinkles and wrinkles while firming the face overall. Be sure to use a firm, but steady pressure as you scrub away those lines and reveal smooth, fine skin. Suggested use: Perform it once a day, 4 times a week for 12 weeks, going to 3 times a week until it’s smooth. Maintenance is 2 to 3 times a week or less.
