Bonus Exercise: Lower Jowl and Neck Firmer
This exercise targets the lower part of the face and the neck, for beautiful lifted jowls and a smooth neck. Perform once a day, 5 times a week for 6 weeks. Then, once a day 4 times a week for 4 weeks. Then, 3 times a week until maintenance. Add the Jawbone Restorer video routine for rejuvenating the jawbone, as well. Carolyn will be 75 in 3 months.
