Bonus Exercise: Mouth Corner Lift


Get rid of the puckering in the corners of your mouth and smooth them out and lift them up. Perform once a day, 4 times a week for 8 weeks. Then, perform once a day, 3 times a week for 8 more weeks. Following that, perform once a day, twice a week thereafter or until you have reached your goal. Carolyn will be 75 in 3 months.
