Pacing Audio Track
The Pacing Audio Track talks you through the program and counts through each exercise with you. It’s only 15 minutes long and keeps you motivated and guides you!
I'm still in the process of learning the exercises, so right now the audio track is still a bit challenging for me to follow as some of the instructions are spoken rather quickly. I'm reviewing the videos to become more familiar with the exercises. I love the process and even though I haven't been practising all the exercises completely, I can already see and feel some results !
