Apply a small amount to wet hair. Leave in 5 to 20 minutes. Rinse well with water. Enhance the conditioning by wrapping the head in a shower cap and applying heat from a blow dryer. Can also be used as a leave-in conditioner by applying a small amount to towel-dried hair.
While the conditioner can be used every time you wash your hair, you can also intensify the treatment by putting a plastic shower cap over the conditioned hair and leaving it on for a full 20 minutes, once a week. You can also sit under a warm hair-drier for additional penetration of the product. It is also a leave-in conditioner: After washing, conditioning and towel-drying your hair, put a little bit of the conditioner onto the palm of the hand and distribute evenly between palms and fingers of both hands.
