Hi Goddess Carolyn  I got out of practice with the exercises over the last 9 months I have been spotty due to lots of life changes, and growth. The good news is I can’t believe how amazing my face looks from pictures when I was consistent with your system. Wow! Blown away!  So I am ready to start again. … (since muscles have memory, she’ll be back to her full facial build within a short period of time) Thank you so much, You inspire me so much! I am so lucky to have found your system early on !
