Just wanted to check in with you…..I had first purchased your DVD last summer and wanted to tell you how very happy I am with the condition of my face /jaw/neckline since doing your exercises. I’ll admit, at first I was skeptical about facial exercises. But I tried to get into a good routine for doing your exercises so I wouldn’t be
tempted to slack off in doing them. I really wanted to see results!

After the first month or so, I got into my “flow”….and it’s now become a morning “Ritual” for me, what I do is set my alarm clock to go off 15 minutes earlier than usual in the mornings….I keep a bottle of Grape Seed Oil by my bedside table, and when I wake up I reach for the bottle, smear the oil on my face, lay back down, and do your exercises. I’ve been doing this about 4 to 5 days a week now – and the difference in my face is amazing.

I just turned 46 in December…..and already I’ve been carded at the Supermarket for trying to buy wine a few months ago, and when I went to see a new dentist last week, while I was laid back in the chair with the bright light hitting on me, he kept looking at my chart…then looking at me…..and finally said he was just double checking my age, because he said he thought I was 30 or 32 yrs old at the most! wow!!! It’s an awesome feeling to be able to turn back the hands of time just a wee bit, and your exercises have helped me with that sooo much. I no longer have the “mouth pucker droop” as I called it…..and my nasal labials have faded significantly. It’s hard to explain, but my whole face just looks “lifted”…..the muscles don’t’ slack anymore….and I can FEEL it especially when I run my fingers along the underside of my jawline….it’s TIGHT!!! And I just wanted to say a big, big Thank you for that. …

But…I also have a question. As a person who works out in the gym 5 mornings a week, I know that with body exercise we need to continually challenge our muscles or they get used to the challenge in repetitive weight training. So I wonder if the same is true for our faces? (Great question, go here to find the answer!) I thank you again for such a wonderful program.
