Hi Carolyn!

Haven’t got your program yet but I have been practicing the crow’s feet exercise and my right eye, which always used to be flexed due to what I’m guessing was a buildup of tension, is now relaxed. It feels weird, but it is nice. That, and doing the other sample workouts, has been a really nice way to release a lot of anxiety (I’m a worrier) which has tensed up my face. Who would have thought that face exercises would make a person calmer in general? PS I think Facial Exercising is a great life strategy and I look forward to finally receiving the full workout. You’re a clever lady 🙂
