Hi Carolyn,

After 3 months of doing the lower face exercises along with the whole face exercises, I’m seeing the sides of my cheeks filling out and the raccoon bulges fading. The wrinkles on my upper lip are a bit better, but I can still see them. Especially in bright light. (Lines around the lips can be addressed, but they can take a long time to disappear completely) 🙂
