I am so excited that I just had to share! I am starting to see the more youthful contours of my face again. I have been using a lighter hand with my exercises, the jowl exercises, and I am just doing them, as suggested, three times weekly and evenly spaced. Sometimes after exercising I can feel a sort of tingling and tightening during the day and my skin looks very good. Oh, I am also doing the little neck pinches (this is a new de-tacking of the wrinkles technique that will soon be out as a video clip). Thank you for always being so supportive!
