Dear Carolyn,

I ordered the full kit over a year ago, and never got around to learning the exercises. Well, time marches on and the other day, I reread the reviews, and decided to commit to giving your program an honest try. This morning, I watched Part I of the DVD, and only did the exercises with you, not the complete number of repetitions. I was impressed with how easy, sensible, and quick they were to perform. However, about two hours later, I was putting on make-up, and was stunned to see that I already look better! I suppose this is why facials are so popular, but if your program is effective this quickly, it’s definitely worth my time to use it routinely.
