While I don’t wear make-up, and don’t consider myself particularly vain or worried about “looking my age”, I was instantly inspired by the prospect of “Yoga for the Face” and the amazing benefits of facial exercise for bringing oxygen, flexibility, tone, strength and over-all health to the facial muscles and skin, creating an all-natural rejuvenating “workout” for the face that ALSO addresses and eliminates all the areas that show the effects of age and gravity (lines, neck lines, crows feet, jowls, double chin, dark circles, eyelid bags, etc..).
