I have now been doing all the exercises plus the de-tacking and rubbing as well as the facial firmer since receiving the DVD about 4 weeks ago. Prior to that I was doing the sample exercises for about a month. At one point I was getting a little scared (around week 3) when I noticed the two lines between my brows and the lines on my forehead becoming more pronounced and I actually got a bit concerned. Then I looked through your reviews and saw that a couple of other people had experienced “something” similar. One woman talked about needing to trust in you and your program and they all came right. Well! This is what has happened to me! I had 2 days off over the weekend (just did the facial firmer as recommended) and this morning when I awoke, all those lines seem a little less! In fact my whole face looks better and slightly firmer. I know it’s early days yet, but I look forward to seeing more results as time goes by.
As I have said in my earlier email, I have had Botox for a number of years and started to look like my face was sliding downward. This is definitely a better healthier option. I just got back from visiting my daughter overseas. Its been 11 months since I last saw her and the first thing she said was “Wow Mum, you look fantastic”! Something a sweet daughter would say I know, but I had her mother-in-law say the same thing, so there you go, your facial exercises are definitely making a difference. After doing them for close to 12 months now, I probably don’t notice the improvement as much as others do. Thanks Carolyn, you are a legend.

It’s been just over a year since I started doing your exercises and I can honestly say that I look better than when I started. 15 minutes of facial exercise 5 times a week is a small price to pay. My face has some youthful fullness back and is considerably more toned. No longer depressed about aging, at 52 this is a good thing! Thank you for everything.
Well it’s been 1 year and 10 months and I am still going strong with your exercises. What works best for me is to do them every second day. It’s interesting because as you have told me before, it does continue to get better with time. … I get a lot of compliments and no one believes I have a son 31 years old! I know I owe it all to your program.
