Thank you so much, for putting my mind at ease and being so generous with your time. The links you have provided are a wealth of information, I have a lot to read and they do provide many answers I was looking for.
I was mostly worried that I simply had to do the exercises 5 times a week for the first four months but after remembering your sage advice on less being more with facial exercise I feel confident (and must tell you, after my first week of facial exercising, I already see great improvement underneath my eyes, firmer and “glowier” skin and my lower eyelids are tighter, very happy).
