Hello Carolyn – I am just so impressed with your program and site. I have to tell you that I am waiting for my facial fitness program to arrive in the mail BUT I started some of the facial exercises you teach in your newsletters (especially facial tightener aka Face Firmer massage) and wow I am already impressed with the results. It’s only been 5 days! I cannot wait to try your whole program. Imagine the results I will see then! Thank you for your generous spirit. I was so sad and depressed whenever I looked in the mirror but now I am seeing my younger self returning. You are a lifesaver!! BTW, I am 53 years old so this is so timely in my life.
