I love your program. I’ve been doing the exercises for about 6-7 months now. I started off about 4-5 days per week and am now doing about 2-3 days per week. I have noticed a big difference in my jowl area and eyes. I did not have full blown jowls, but more the beginnings of them and before the exercises I was attempting to keep a slight smile on my face when around others because they didn’t seem to show as much. Now I don’t have to do that and don’t even think about it. I still have some work to do but looking good so far! And my jaw line looks cleaner as well. My eyes look great and my neck looks toned and strong (but not bulky)….Thank you so much! Your program delivers real results!
