Received it in 2 weeks. The DVD is excellent! The facial & other exercises [body parts] are explained & shown by Carolyn herself, who really knows what she’s talking about. I’m already starting to see changes to my skin & the shape of my face after only one week. You also get 3 samples – love the moisturizer plus – luxurious!
