They will be posted within the next week) I have been doing your core exercises since Oct. 2020. I am slowly adding the extra exercises from your videos I purchased. I took your advanced workshop a few years ago. I have a lot of material to keep me busy. Thank you for all that you do and for being in touch with your customers. It makes a big difference. JB
