I’ve been doing facial exercises for the past 10 or so years. I started with a variety of programs and Carolyn’s Facial Fitness. I started CFF about a year ago and have to say that it’s my favorite one. I find it very effective and love that facial massage is incorporated into the program.

Facial exercises have not caused any wrinkling on me and I do have firm facial muscles and a firm jaw line. I do resistance training for my body and it just made sense to me to incorporate facial exercises. Consistency is key and only takes 15 minutes/day, five days a week.
