Since July I’ve been faithfully doing my facial exercises about 4-5 times a week (3 times a week when I’m busy) and I’ve noticed a difference. I used to avoid looking in the mirror when I was out shopping or running errands because I was always so depressed at what I see. But one day I was washing my hands and I glanced up in the mirror and did a double take. I couldn’t believe that I didn’t look old and tired like I used to. Really, the hollows of my eyes have filled in and the crinkled skin there has smoothed out, my eyes do look more open, and my frown line is mostly gone. I think my skin tone looks healthier too. … Thanks!
