I’m soooo thrilled to report that after 4 months of daily exercising, I’ve started to see results! I see the emergence of cheekbones and the saggy cheek look is starting to disappear. My jowls are about half the size that they were when I started. My dark circles have also improved (although I use Renova and Kinerase Under Eye Rescue too) and the tired look is diminishing also. I’m just so pleased and excited and so inspired to continue your program. I guess this is my first “youth jump!” You’re a genius, Carolyn! Thanks so much for the great program. My future seem so much more promising now–you know how depressing it can be to look in the mirror and see that aging, saggy look.

I just wanted to let you know that I’m still doing your program on a daily basis. It has been almost a year and I’m seeing some incredible results. My jowls (my biggest problem area) have begun to lift and they are about 50% of what they were before. This is really amazing and I’m so thrilled to see it happening! My eyes have also lifted completely. The lids are very tight and they look very open. This is all so exciting and amazing! I’m going to continue the daily workouts until I see a total lift of the jaw line area and then I’m planning to go on the 3-day a week maintenance program. Thank you again for such a marvelous “face lift!” I hope that you’re well and that you’ll be sending out another holiday newsletter. If you do, please include me on your mailing list. I just wanted to report that I’m still doing your facial exercises faithfully on an every-other-day schedule and seeing great results. It’s been about 2 1/2 years since I started your program and my jowls are tightening up so much that they are about 75% GONE!!! I can hardly believe my eyes since the sagging jowl and cheek areas were my worst problems. My cheeks are also lifted and the enlarged cheek muscles have also given me “cheekbones” for the first time in my life. The tired look that I had at 50 is gone and I’m nearly 53 now.
Btw, I also have objective proof that the eyelid exercises have lifted my eyelids. I wear bifocal contact lens and before starting your exercise program, I always had a hard time inserting them due to slightly sagging eyelids. I had to use the finger of the opposite hand to hold the lid up and in place before insertion. Now I don’t have to use the opposite finger–I can just look straight into a mirror and insert it directly into the eye because my lids are now so lifted. That was how I used to insert them when I was 30!!!
