Just wanted to give you a quick update, it’s going very well with the exercises, I’m doing them 3 times a week (I suggested she take it down from 5 workouts a week) and no ugly period anymore. (She had been using a different facial exercise program before coming over to CFF) I am amazed at my neck, (I had suggested she add The Brush facial exercise to her routine) I had this tiny bit of drooping skin under my chin near the neck that I could see when looking straight on and I don’t see it anymore, it’s as if someone went behind my neck and pulled my skin tight! …
