Since I started doing facial exercises, people have been much friendlier and more open towards me. It’s so great! I have 2 children, 9 years ago I separated from my husband, at that time I also started to meditate.. and do it regularly, it does me so good! I have changed a lot as a result. Thanks to the training, I can now also take off my warm, but still tortured stiff smile . That’s so cool, it’s great that you exist I hug you (She and I talked about meditation and how it brings perspective into our lives).
