Your program is working beautifully for me. My questions are : For the 2 days off in the week should they be two consecutive days as I have been doing or is it better to do one day each for the break? (The days do not have to be consecutive. You just need to rest the face from exercising two days a week) Also can one do the exercises two times a day for faster results? (We’ve found it’s best to perform the exercises only once a day, five days a week during the first four months to establish a good foundation. After that you can add bonus exercises and tweak the program to your individual needs).Thank you for your help and I am noticing improvements already and a couple of weeks ago someone at work said my skin looked fabulous and asked what was I doing.
