Hi Carolyn – Re the exercises … My overall look (face) is smoother. It’s still the lower face (she will now tryout the Lower Face Lifting routine) that I am hoping will show more improvement and my neck (just the area below the chin – NOT double chin – but loose skin) but I do see a difference! I’m hoping the next year will pull more together…. Sometimes this summer – because of schedule (even early morning!) – I have only been able to do twice a week but don’t seem to be going backwards.
