Hi Carolyn, Amazing!!!  The package turned up the day after  I sent the email, once again the timing is superb. I am so grateful for your helping out with the routine with Nicky. This time I want to really commit to doing the exercises properly, you are such a wonderful role model, you look fabulous and it’s all done healthily, supporting our bodies with love.
