Carolyn,

I backed off the exercises for several months as I did not like the way my face was building faster in some areas. I then sat down and thought about what I wanted to achieve and started doing those exercises again FIRST. When I saw progress in those areas, I gradually added the exercises back in, depending on what part of my face needed to be built first to keep a balanced look, as I progressed. It worked. I’ve been doing all the exercises for about 6 months again. Over all, the total on this is 1 year.

I have gone through the wrinkles appearing to widen, but that gradually lifts/builds and flattens out. I’m almost over that, still have some progress to make, but each time I exercise [I do them 3 times weekly], I see results. I can also see/understand, as my face builds, it lifts my neck up by replacing volume in my face. I’m not through, as you point out, it’s about a two year journey, to get to the place where you reach your goal and begin to somewhat level off. Fine with me, the results are so worth it!

Thanks much,
Pam

Update:

I thank you so much, Carolyn! For your kindness and GREAT exercises! I am so excited! I feel good about myself again, and what’s even greater, NO worries over plastic surgery! I’ve never even had a facial peel! I’m too nervous to do things of this nature and look for natural ways to restore youth! And to find out this is EVEN better than any plastic work! YEAH!!!!! ❤ Loving it, loving it! Turning back that clock while lying down and doing calming exercises. Doesn’t get any better than this!

Love,
Pam

Update:

Hi Carolyn, People are now asking me how it is I am growing younger looking while they are growing older looking! LOL I tell them it’s a major secret that I will gladly share and direct them to your website. LOL! I’m getting this all the time now. Even my daughter, who is twenty years younger than me, has started hammering me- if I am having ‘work done’. ROFL! She says I am looking closer to her age than she does, now. ROFL! [and she does Botox].

… Eureka! It’s the Fountain of Youth for the face! Hugs! Thanks and here’s to growing younger!

Pam
